Hello, We have issue with probe model: NEV4-9ES, which is not recognized in Medison SonoAce X8. I read EEPROM data (actual chip part number ST93C46) of the probe, but all 128 bytes are zero. I think first step to repair is to write data to EEPROM. Does anyone has eeprom data for below probe model? Probe model: NEV4-9ES Probe Serial Number: A81914310008958 PB-AXNEV4-9ES A2 US Equipment model: Samsung Medison SonoAce X8
