Error No. 555 of AP ID 32
Meaning:
Basic unit: Unit was at one of the safety limit switches during operation. Emergency stop not pressed. Movements blocked.
Reason, Cause:
- Safety switch strips S80, S90 at foot end or S81, S91 at head end on support strut for table frame (collision protection between spotfilm device - table strut) actuated? - I.I. contact safety device safety switch S301 actuated? - Spotfilm device safety switch strip (collision protection on patient arm with tomo rod) actuated? - External safety circuit (ceiling photo-sensitive cell, door contact, step plate) open, X54 BUC jumper open? - A unit movement is at the safety limit switch (S150 tilt drive, S140 table lift, S160 and S161 table longitudinal). - Temperature on transformer too high > 105°? Check using SSW/ Monitoring/ Monitoring Status: M1 T1 thermal switch.
- SW-controlled BUC safety relays, K6, K7, deenergized? Reason: A movement took place without control or the potentiometer is defective. Watch for subsequent errors! - Chain break monitor for table lift responded, a microswitch, S6 - S9, actuated. - Temperature for table longitudinal drive too high? Switch S169 responded.
Action:
- Correct cause for possible collision. - Check the mechanical position of the movement to the electrically sensed position (potentiometer). SSW Diagnostic/ Tests/ Monitoring/ Monitoring: Unit position. - Using the SSW/ Diagnostic/ Tests/ Movement tests with Service buttons, move the drive out of the safety circuit. New potentiometer adjustment, possibly replace potentiometer (see the potentiometer Help text).
